Alex specialises in placing ETRM professionals across North America, with a particular focus on Endur experts — both functional and technical. He works on roles from support through to director level, helping clients build strong teams and guiding candidates into roles where they can thrive.
He joined the RJC Group after five years in real estate sales, bringing a sharp commercial mindset and strong relationship skills. Over the past two years, Alex has played a key role in developing the North America desk, leveraging his own ties to the region.
Having studied in the US on a soccer scholarship, Alex has maintained close ties to North America. Outside of work, he’s a football fan, a novice golfer, and the proud owner of Ted, the office dog.
